Move jersey wall effortlessly. Standard models cover a 6 to 12 inch rang. The scissor action of this lifter will grip concrete block, wall, curb and median wall securely. Just by setting it down onto the wall top activates the lifter. Our exclusive actuator uses the force of gravity to cause the barrier tongs to clamp tightly against the wall surface. Swiveling pad angles adjust to match the slope of the wall. The wall is held firmly in the device as it is moved and positioned. Once the wall has been set firmly back on the ground, it will release the wall. This action continues with each cycle.
