Doosan has outfitted its new hydraulic breakers, the DXB130H and DXB190H, with a new energy recovery system the company says increases strike power by capturing the piston’s rebound energy.
Weighing in at 2,822 pounds, the DXB130H delivers up to 600 blows per minute and was designed for use with excavators in the 15 to 22 metric-ton weight class. It’s rated in the 3,000 foot-pound impact energy class.
The DXB190H is rated in the 6,00 foot-pound impact energy class, weighs in at 3,698 pounds and was designed for use with excavators in the 21 to 31 metric-ton weight class. Like Doosan’s DXB260H breaker, the DXB190H features two-speed control allowing the operator to match power to the application.
