An all new EDGE Inverted Log Splitter has been added to the line of attachments for skid steer and track loaders.
The new unit provides a fast, easy and cost-effective alternative to the back-breaking job of splitting wood. Split twice the amount of wood in less time and effort. This efficient attachment will double your productivity.
The new EDGE Inverted Log Splitter is designed to split logs right on the ground, or to lift and transport logs for splitting directly into a trailer or other location.
Operators can remain in the comfort and protection of the cab and manage all of the controls right from the seat. The front of the Inverted Log Splitter can be used to position the log. Lower the splitter over the log and engage the auxiliary hydraulics to split logs up to 24″ long.
Features include a powerful 4″ x 24″ (102 x 610 mm) heavy-duty cylinder that drives 20 tons of force to it’s splitting wedge.
The splitter on this attachment can also be unbolted from the quick attach and flipped 180 degrees for upright splitting applications.
The new EDGE Inverted Log Splitter requires 10-20 gpm (38-76 lpm) hydraulic flow and comes complete with hoses and flat face couplers.
