Rotobec significantly improved the CSB650 to minimize maintenance time; this improvement automatically greases the attachment, simply using the motion of the bucket to do so.
The attachment structure was also modified to adapt the jaw of the CSB400HD onto the CSB650 head. These custom jaws are equipped with bucket teeth, allowing better penetration in frozen coal and less stress on the grapple structure.
These enhancements were designed for a customer to handle coal anthracite in Russia throughout both summer and winter time in high humidity. Rotobec’s team works closely with any customers with unique requirements, needing a custom design.
